Make your own Flying Spaghetti Monster Christmas Decoration

You'll need:

1. Spaghetti-coloured wool
   
2. Meatball-coloured wool
   
3. Two small white beads 1 cm wide each
4. Thin wire
   
5. Clear nylon thread
   
6. Normal thread and needle, doesn't matter the colour
   
7. Scissors
   
8. Small pliers to cut and bend the wire
   
9. A permanent black marker
   

1. Spaghetti:

Make a big roll of spaghetti-wool with different lengths, between 10 and 20 cm. It should look like this:

Now cut a small piece of spaghetti wool and tie it up on the center:

2. The meatballs:

Make two balls about 5 cm wide with the meatball-wool.

3. The eyes:

This may be the hardest part. Start by cutting a piece of wire like 20 cm long and bending it in the center to make it V-shaped:

Now take the spaghetti-wool and start passing the wire trough it:

When you get to the angle, cut the wool and make two knots.

Now you must pass the part of the wire that's still nude below the piece of wool you used to tie the hank at first:

Once you've done that, start putting the wire inside some wool again.

Now we're going to put the wire through the beads and bend it so that they get attached:

That's it, just draw some eyes on them with the marker:

4. Putting the meatballs on place:

Take the needle and the thread and sew it to one meatball. Then make the needle pass trough one of the big holes between the spaghetti-wool and sew the meatball to some of the wools there. The ones near the center are better. Do the same with the other meatball.

You're almost done!

5. The nylon hanger:

Take a piece of nylon thread and pass it below the same central cord you used for the eyes-wire. The nylon thread must go trough the beads too. Tie it up.

Now you just have to cut some of the wools and comb your FSM as you like.
